For most flight bookings, you can cancel within 24 hours of purchase without penalty, provided the departure date is at least 7 days away. This applies to:

  • All domestic USA flights
  • International flights departing from the USA
  • Most airline partners we work with
  • Both refundable and non-refundable tickets

After 24 Hours

Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window are subject to:

  • Airline-specific cancellation fees
  • Fare rules and restrictions
  • Non-refundable service fees from Voldeluxe Travels
  • Potential forfeiture of the entire ticket value

Voldeluxe Travels Service Fees

Important Notice

Our service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including within the 24-hour cancellation window. This policy applies to all bookings regardless of fare type or cancellation reason.

Service Fee Structure

  • Booking service fee: $25-75 per ticket
  • Payment processing fee: 2.9% of total
  • Group booking coordination: $50-150
  • 24/7 support fee: $15 per booking
