ARC Accreditation
Last updated September 1, 2026
The Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) accredits US travel agencies to issue and settle airline tickets directly with carriers. Voldeluxe Travel LLC holds ARC agency accreditation (ARC number ending 88591).
What accreditation means
An ARC-accredited agency has met financial bonding and operational requirements set by the airline industry to issue tickets directly, rather than through a reseller. It also means we're subject to ARC's reporting and settlement standards for every ticket we sell.
What it means for you
- When we issue a ticket under our own accreditation, it is settled with the airline through ARC's reporting and settlement system. Some fares come through airline or consolidator partners, who issue those tickets.
- Either way, you deal with one team. We submit changes, waivers and refunds to the airline or to the partner that issued the ticket, and follow up until they're settled. Outcomes and timing follow the airline's fare rules.
- Schedule changes, name corrections, and other airline-side servicing are handled by an agency the airline recognizes directly.
Verifying our accreditation
Our ARC number ends in 88591 and is registered to Voldeluxe Travel LLC in the United States. Our separate company registration number is 10-58224. You can confirm the accreditation yourself on ARC Check, the Airlines Reporting Corporation's public verification page, which lists VOLDELUXE TRAVELS as an ARC Accredited Agency: www2.arccorp.com/agencylocator/?acn=45688591
